Volunteers Volunteer assistance to each other is a Jewish tradition and mitzvah. Our welfare centers for elderly and needy, Hillel students’ club, Jewish Family Service, schools and JCCs in Kishinev, Beltsy, Tiraspol and other towns of the country are open to communication and collaboration Any activities that you can suggest, such as a lecture on fundraising and PR, training for the new generation of leaders, classes of computer literacy basketball, or conducting Shabbat services. This means your goodwill and efforts will always be welcome at our community organizations. If you are not in Moldova at the moment but feel a connection to our Jewish community you may send interesting stories, photos or any other materials for the website or for the Museum of Bessarabian Jewry. In any case we will be thankful and happy to hear from you or meet you, to share our experiences and feelings and be one people. |
